Introducing date and time formatting options and the integration with the Datadog monitoring tool.
What’s new
Date and time format settings
Operators can now change the date and time formatting for all users.
The following formats are available:

Operators can manage the date and time formats in Presentation Manager by navigating to Configuration → Global.
Note: Changing the date or time format is immediate and does not affect the end-user applications date formatting.
Datadog integration
This release contains the first phase of the full integration of the AXIS Platform with Datadog. The Datadog Monitoring plan not only replaces the existing New Relic integrations, it significantly extends them, making Datadog a real hub for:
- Site availability
- Network performance
- Debugging information
- Tracking errors
- Tracking user sessions
- Collecting user behavior analytics
Discontinuation of New Relic
This release assumes that projects adopt Datadog as part of the upgrade. New Relic integrations have been removed and are no longer supported.
Datadog-related Tagging Consolidation
Where we have changed our monitoring tool to Datadog, to extract infrastructure and metrics data, Datadog relies heavily on tags. We've introduced company-wide tagging standards for consistency.
Datadog APM Integration - Distributed Traces
We have enabled Datadog APM instrumentation for every component in the AXIS Platform, meaning we can track individual browser requests and transitions of a user's journey throughout the system.
Datadog Real User Monitoring Integration
Presentation Manager now integrates with Datadog Real User Monitoring. This ensures that client-side performance, user sessions, and errors are monitored.
Reference Datadog Monitors
We have consolidated and re-implemented all automated Alerts Datadog Monitors. This means we're notified if something isn't quite right so we can get onto resolving the issue promptly.
What’s fixed
Presentation Manager
- Fixed a bug where the dropdown list disappeared after clicking on Enter sub-menu label for the mobile nav bar feature
- Resolved a bug where two Update buttons appeared on the Global Theme page
