What's new
New event countdown timer
Users visiting the item detail page of an upcoming event can now see a timer counting down to the start of the event. The timer displays on any events with a start date up to 7 days away and counts down in days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the event transitions to live.
It means users can see exactly how long they have until their event starts, so they don’t miss a second of live action.

Upcoming-to-Live event transitions
Alongside the addition of the countdown timer, this release delivers a seamless transition of an upcoming event into live. Once the event start time arrives, the countdown is hidden, the event status updates and users can immediately initiate playback through the Watch Live button (subject to entitlement).

What's changed
ST1 row and ST3 rows support on the homepage
Previously only available on sport item detail pages, you can now add the ST1 (horizontally scrolling) and ST3 (grid) event row to your app home pages. This update means you can use list rules to dynamically present live and upcoming events – and event metadata – to users from the moment they open their app.
